The ribbed trim on the cuffs uses 80-count high-elasticity spandex blend yarn, tightly knitted at 16 stitches/inch, forming a highly elastic edge that retains a sense of vitality while avoiding the tight constriction of traditional ribs.

By actively controlling the cotton fiber's shrinkage potential, the fabric transitions from being easily variable to stable, improving dimensional stability while resisting deformation and wrinkling.

A Tajima high-speed embroidery machine is used, equipped with a 12-needle independent control system and 0.01 mm-level stepper motors, achieving high-speed operation of 1,200 stitches per second. The machine's intelligent thread break detection function can automatically stop within 0.3 seconds of a thread break to prevent stitch misalignment; the tension closed-loop control system adjusts the upper and lower thread tension in real-time (range 5-30 cN), ensuring the white embroidery thread on black loop fabric is three-dimensional and full without wrinkling or tightness. The S-shaped curve of the pattern uses the minimum stitch spacing, with stitch angles changing in real-time to follow the curve, forming continuous and smooth lines. Circular stitches are stacked 360 degrees to create a three-dimensional raised effect.
