Our shipments
📦 All shipment costs free and are shipped from our quality control department.📆 Each package will take about 7-14 business days.
🚚 The shipment is handled and managed by DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx, etc. and the Tracking number will be provided by our customer service.
NOTE:
- During periods of public holidays (for example Christmas, Easter, etc.) delays may occur. There may also be delays of up to 30 days due to product quality control or remote shipments. For more information, please contact customer service.
Refund Policy
HYPECHARM strives to offer products of the highest quality, we have at our disposal a laboratory in which we check the quality of the product before shipping. If the product arrived with quality problem, it is possible to request a refund of the price paid, after having found the relative defects within 7 days of delivery. Contact your customer service by sending photos of the related problems and the reasons for the refund request, we would be happy to help you during the procedure.
NOTE:
- The customer can return the product to the shipping address shown by a Customer Service and cover the cost of shipping.- It is possible to request a refund or exchange once the proof of return shipment of bought items has been sent and confirmed.
- In case eventually, it is possible to request a refund or exchange if the size or model received does not correspond to those ordered.
