Where are we?
The registered office is located in Shelton Street, London, but we have
quality control center in Germany, HongKong, UK, Italy etc. It is
possible to place an order from the online store.
Where do we ship from?
All shipments depart directly from the factory and pass through our
Quality Control Center (the location depends on the model you order,
i.e. Germany, UK, HongKong, Italy etc.), and then get shipped to your
home.
Do we accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, as shipments are international, we do not accept payment
on delivery because there are no international couriers that accept this
type of payment.
How long does it take for delivery?
We need 3-5 days to prepare the shoes. Shipment takes about 7-14 business days by DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx, etc. The tracking number will be sent to your mailbox once your package is dispatched.
Do we have other brands?
Yes, we have. You can contact us and we will be happy to let you know if
the model and size you are looking for are available or not.

We accept credit card and paypal as payment, both have buyer protection.
So it's even easy for you to make charge back if there is any problem
