The fabric uses custom-dyed 150D pinhole cloth, with a post-wash color fixation achieving a weight of 245 grams. Each of the three fabric colors has been given a level 5 color fastness treatment to prevent color transfer over time. The collar is custom-made with yarn-dyed ribbed knitting. The embroidery is done with a TAJIMA embroidery machine, with the black areas having two layers at the base, matching the original, reaching industry top-level quality. Water-soluble paper dissolves upon contact with water during the process to ensure embroidery stability. The most difficult part of this piece is the double-needle hem color change, where the fabric color and stitch color must remain consistent.
