After being combed to remove impurities and short fibers, the yarn quality is relatively high, and the fabric structure is dense, thus providing good wear resistance. In the nylon sizing penetration printing process, nylon sizing is first applied to the pattern, and then heat pressing or drying is used to allow the sizing to penetrate the fabric. During the penetration process, the sizing chemically reacts with the fabric fibers, forming a firm adhesive layer that makes the pattern more vivid and full. Using the most refined industrial-grade grayscale print heads, the printed pattern dots are delicate, with excellent transition effects, restoring colors to the greatest extent.
