Natural bio-enzymes are used to break down the excess color and impurities on the cotton fiber surface, making the fabric softer while retaining the original texture and avoiding excessive fading. During the washing process, water temperature and duration are strictly controlled to ensure fabric shrinkage is kept within 3%, guaranteeing stable garment dimensions and resistance to deformation.

The embroidery machine uses 0.3mm contrasting cotton thread to outline the logo, with densely and evenly stitched lines, ensuring smooth and clear contours, creating a full three-dimensional texture that contrasts with the fabric's feel. The embroidered area is approximately 2.5×2.5cm, with edges finished using "overlock embroidery" to prevent thread loosening while enhancing the pattern's dimensionality and durability. The letters in the logo are rendered in micro flat embroidery, with a letter height of only 0.1cm, yet clearly legible.

The front placket features 7 mother-of-pearl buttons, and the cuffs have 3 buttons, all hand-sewn in place, each reinforced with a cross stitch to prevent loosening. The buttonholes are precisely polished to tightly engage with the stitching, allowing smooth opening and closing without snagging.
