Fabric: Wool blend plaid fabric with fixed weaving and dyeing. Multiple matching panels across the entire garment; fabric waste is extremely high. Compared to the damage on the previous small-checked jacket, the new large-checked version calculates matching loss by panels. To ensure proper alignment, all pieces are cut by hand (i.e., each piece is individually cut), resulting in extremely high labor costs. Small details directly differentiate it from ready-made unmatched versions on the market. The pattern was adjusted three times, and there are no ready-made accessories available on the market. All hardware, drawstrings, and other accessories are custom-made, with imported zippers and brand-new wash labels.
